I’m Jess Schneider,

your virtual

admin, creative, and research solution.

I help people and businesses by taking care of the the tedious and detail oriented areas ​of entrepreneurship or a busy life so they can spend more time on activities that bring ​them closer to their goals. I focus on working with neurodivergent entre/solopreneurs ​though I’d love to work with any client that is a good fit! As mom to a neurodivergent ​teen, I’ve gained insight into neurodiversity and have an experienced based ​understanding of its unique assets and challenges.


I’ve spent years successfully anticipating the needs of my clients and I’d like to be your ​long-term partner in developing solutions that reduce your meticulous task burden and ​can grow with your life or business. I work across many digital platforms and am always ​wanting to learn new skills and accept new challenges. I’m very creative which lends ​itself well to just about anything and I hold a certificate from Boston University in ​Genealogical Research, which taught me amazing research skills!

I was a personal and executive assistant,

estate manager, and business manager for a private HNW couple more than 10 years.

Highlights:

  • Oversaw all functions of estate, saved client money by organizing and updating accounting system, identified and corrected overlapping and unnecessary expenses.

and also worked for the State of Colorado as an investigator for the court.

  • Performed evidence based investigations instrumental in determining the need for a court appointed guardian or conservator, ensuring unbiased findings.


  • Prepared comprehensive case reports for the court and participated in respective hearings to affirm findings and offer recommendations.
